Report: Phillip Dorsett week-to-week after suffering 'minor' hamstring injury

The injury suffered during last Sunday's game vs. the Redskins isn't expected to be a major injury for Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett.

During the first half of Sunday's 33-7 win over the Washington Redskins, New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett suffered a hamstring injury that forced him to miss the remind remainder of the game. The injury suffered by Dorsett is considered minor, per ESPN Insider Adam Schefter.

Heading into a short week in which the Patriots play the New York Giants on Thursday night, it wouldn't be surprising to see Dorsett miss the team's Week 6 matchup. Against a struggling Giants squad, Dorsett's ability shouldn't be needed in a game New England should win handily.
