Report on Julian Edelman's injury: 'He'll be good'

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday afternoon that Julian Edelman's chest injury that he suffered in the New England Patriots' 30-14 victory over the New York Jets on Sunday hasn't been indicated as major, and as his source put it - "He'll be good."

At his age and with it only being Week 4 of the regular season, it's hard to imagine that New England would put Edelman out on the field this upcoming Sunday against the Buffalo Bills if he wasn't 100 percent healthy. The Patriots are a team that strives to be healthy late in the season in preparation for an extended playoff run, so keeping Edelman healthy and rested now should be a No. 1 priority.
