Suffering a stroke is a traumatic event for most. But for Tedy Bruschi it's a teaching experience. 

The former Patriots linebacker shared his experience on social media on Monday, just four days removed from his second stroke since 2005. 

Bruschi's post goes to show why he is so beloved by New England. Despite an opportunity to shine the spotlight on himself, he decided to try and help others by sharing the warning signs of something his has unfortunately suffered more than once in his life.
