Browns Legend Jim Brown Passes at Age 87

PITTSBURGH — Sad news comes the NFL’s way as Cleveland Browns legend Jim Brown has passed away at the age of 87, his wife confirmed on social media.
Brown, a three-time MVP, was the sixth-overall pick for the Browns in 1957, and went on to be named All-Pro in his first six seasons, and eight times out of his nine years in the league.
Brown finished his Hall of Fame career with 12,312 rushing yards and 106 touchdowns.
Jim Brown’s wife Monique announced the passing of the Cleveland Browns great at age of 87. Perhaps the most singularly dominant player in NFL history, Brown retired as the game’s all-time leading rusher.
