Steelers Invite College Football's Top Punter to Rookie Minicamp

PITTSBURGH -- One of - if not the - best punter in college football history will be attending rookie minicamp with the Pittsburgh Steelers later this month. According to a report from Aaron Wilson of NBC affiliate KRPC 2 in Houston, Texas, the 2022 Ray Guy Award Winner, Rutgers' Adam Korsak, will make a stop in Pittsburgh this spring as he attempts to find a home in the NFL.

Korsak, the current holder of the Ray Guy Award - which is given annually to the best punter in college football - will also attend Chiefs minicamp. In addition to winning the Guy Award, Korsak earned All-American honors from the Sporting News (first-team) and Phil Steele (third-team) and was an All-Big selection in all five seasons he played for the Scarlett Knights.
Last season, . He owns the NCAA record for career punting yards and career punts. He averaged 43.9 yards per attempt on his 349 kicks over the course of his career, accounted for just seven touchbacks and landed 145 of his punts inside of the 20 yard line.
