NASHVILLE - CBS Sports has been hard at work for the last few days pumping out multiple mock drafts for the 2024 season from various authors.

While the projected players the Tennessee Titans will select next year vary, the one thing that has remained consistent among them is the draft position they will pick next April.

According to these writers, the Titans will be picking in the No. 5 spot next season, which in some cases had them missing out on both the top two quarterback prospects, and all had them missing top receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

Instead, these predictions once again had the Titans selecting offensive tackles Olumuyiwa Fashanu and Joe Alt. And why not, since the Titans added so many receivers last season that none should be needed next season.

Then there is the fact that the Titans selected tackle/guard Peter Skoronski with their first pick in the '23 draft, along with Jaelyn Duncan, and the additions of free agent linemen Andre Dillard and Daniel Brunskill.

Likewise, there should be no other needs for this team than another left tackle that could be added in free agency, considering the amount of cash the Titans will have to be able to add a top veteran at that spot.

It's too early to be upset about what someone projects in a draft that's eleven months away. Still, it seems that the tradition of giving the Titans the least exciting picks- which this franchise has earned to some degree- continues forward for another season.
