The Tennessee Titans are no strangers to injuries and they are already being affected as we approach their Week 2 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, a team having injury issues of it's own.

In what is probably the most alarming piece of the injury report, veteran receiver DeAndre Hopkins missed practice with an ankle injury. At Hopkins' age and with his recent injury history, it would be fair for it to make Titans fans shudder. As with all the injuries though, it is only Wednesday's report, so it doesn't mean anything definite at this time.

The other receiver on the injury report requires much less concern as Treylon Burks missed practice, but for a personal reason, not an injury. The same can't be said for the Titans secondary, which appears to be ready to take a major hit this Sunday.

Starting safety Amani Hooker, who created two turnovers in Week 1, is in concussion protocol and it doesn't sound like head coach Mike Vrabel expects him back for the game. Not only that, but cornerback Kristian Fulton is on the report after a hamstring injury limited him in the Saints game. Fulton did participate in a limited fashion though which could be a good sign going forward.

Outside of those names, we see two Titans starters with groin issues in nose tackle Teair Tart and running back Tyjae Spears. Things worth monitoring as we progress through the week.

The Chargers are dealing with injury issues of their own as star players Austin Ekeler and Joey Bosa did not participate in practice.
