The Cleveland Browns pursued both Pierre Garcon and Josh Morgan to address their wide receiver issues, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
#Browns pursued former Colts WR Pierre Garcon and former 49ers WR Josh Morgan, source told PD. Both signed big $$$ w/ Redskins day 1.

Garcon and Morgan both signed with the Washington Redskins on the first day of free-agency. Garcon had 70 receptions for six touchdowns last season, where Morgan had 15 receptions for 220 yards.
