The Washington Redskins have not, and will not request a private workout from Robert Griffin III, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Redskins never requested -- and will not request -- a private workout with RG3, feeling they saw what they needed at his pro day.

It was reported earlier today that the Colts had requested a private workout with the Heisman Trophy winner but that the quarterback’s agent had declined. Indianapolis is currently in California, conducting a private workout with rival quarterback Andrew Luck.
