Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver Justin Blackmon won't be able to plea out of his suspected DUI charge to a lesser reckless driving charge, an Oklahoma district attorney said.

Blackmon blew a .24 and .26 on his breathalyzer test when he was pulled over last weekend in Stillwater, Okla. Those levels are three times the legal limit for the state of Oklahoma.  Blackmon is charged with misdemeanor aggravated DUI. He pleaded not guilty those charges.

The Florida Times-Union reported on Monday that police said Blackmon was argumentative and when questioned by the police, Blackmon said, "I just flew in. I don't know why you are harassing me." Blackmon's hearing is set for July 24, which three days before the Jaguars are scheduled to open up training camp.

Blackmon also faces sanctions from the NFL if convicted.
