Report: Kenny Britt arrested for DUI

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt was arrested for DUI, reports Nashville sports radio station 104.5 The Zone (via ProFootballTalk's Josh Alper).

According to Alper's report, Britt and teammate Tommie Campbell were taking a female soldier back to Fort Campbell army base when they were stopped at the gate.

The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt also tweeted about the incident.

Britt has seven previous arrests, Alper reports. He could be suspended for this incident if reports are accurate. He met with commissioner Roger Goodell last summer after he had three run-ins with the law, Alper reports. But because those incidents occurred during the lockout, he wasn't suspended.

The 23-year-old Britt was leading the NFL with 271 yards receiving two weeks into last season when he tore the ACL and MCL in his right knee and missed the rest of the year. Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck had said Britt was the best player on the Titans.
