Indiana Pacers forward David West will play in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat despite missing Saturday's shootaround with an upper respiratory infection, the team announced.

West, the Pacers' starting power forward, is averaging 18.2 points and 8.4 rebounds in the series, which the Heat lead 3-2 heading into Saturday night's game.

The 32-year-old missed nine games during the regular season, averaging 17.1 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.

Backup big men Tyler Hansbrough and Ian Mahinimi could see increased playing time if West is limited during the game.
