There were conflicting reports about the length of his ban with some saying at least one year and others saying it was permanent. It ended up being just more than one season.

Blair announced his return to Quicken Loans Arena on Monday.

"Guess I waited long enough and everyone keeps asking so.. YES my ban is lifted and I cant wait to enjoy the games at the Q with everyone!"

FearTheSword.com confirmed the news with the team's communication staff.
