Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James and Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah each picked up a technical foul after James dunked on Noah during the third quarter of Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.

James stared down Noah after the dunk and Noah had words for the Cavaliers forward.

The dunk put the Cavaliers up 56–55 with 8:33 remaining in the third quarter. The teams split the first two games of the series in Cleveland, with the Bulls winning Game 1 and the Cavaliers taking Game 2.

Earlier during Game 3, James took over fourth place on the NBA's all-time playoff assists list with the 1,063rd of his playoff career.
