Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook, who had a league-high 17 technical fouls called against him last season, says he’s moving on from arguing with officials.

“I’m done with those days,” Westbrook told reporters at shootaround on Tuesday. “I learned in the summertime, once they make a call, they ain’t changing it. Took me a while, but I learned it ... I watched film. I watched all my techs and all the dumb s--- I was doing, so I decided to tell myself, there’s no need to argue.”

In 31 games this season, Westbrook has picked up just three technical fouls, which would put him on pace to pick up 10 or 11 if he played in all 82 games.
