Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr said on Sunday that Stephen Curry is “doubtful” to play Game 4 Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers. Curry missed the Warriors’ 120–108 Game 3 loss against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday.

“I would just say he’s doubtful for tomorrow. But we’re slowly but surely making progress,” Kerr told reporters, according to the San Jose Mercury News’ Tim Kawakami.

Curry has been out since suffering a sprained right knee against the Houston Rockets on April 24.

In a sign that his return may be near, Curry said his two-on-two workout before Game 3 went well, ESPN’s Marc J. Spears reported. This comes after he received a platelet-rich plasma treatment on Tuesday as looked to speed the recovery on his sprained knee.
