San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Anthony Davis recorded video of a fan being arrested at the Edward Jones Dome after Monday night's game against the St. Louis Rams.

In the video, which Davis posted to Instagram and which can be seen above, the fan can be seen being physically restrained by multiple police officers or security workers. The fan says repeatedly that he was only seeking an autograph.

Davis tweeted that the police/security then became aggressive towards him for recording the incident. He insisted on Twitter he had the right to be recording what they were doing.

Davis didn't play against St. Louis, missing his second straight game due to a sprained MCL.
