Sam Bradford is expected to fully participate in the Eagles’ training camp next month after seeing limited action during organized team activities as he continued to recover from a torn ACL suffered last summer, according to NJ.com.
The report says that Bradford has been rehabbing the injury nearly every day this summer and will be ready when 11-on-11 drills begin for the team on Aug. 2. During OTAs, Bradford said that he expected to be under center at camp unless “something has gone horribly wrong.”
The injury was Bradford's second torn ACL in as many seasons. The former Rams quarterback has played in just seven games since 2013.
The Eagles acquired Bradford this off-season in a trade with the Rams. Philadelphia sent quarterback Nick Foles to St. Louis in exchange for the former No. 1 pick.
