Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has been granted a trademark on the phrase “I’m just here so I won’t get fined,” which he said repeatedly at last season’s Super Bowl Media Day.

According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Lynch’s marketing team filed for the trademark on Feb. 18, about three weeks after Media Day, and the petition was granted on Tuesday. Lynch first began selling t-shirts with the slogan in April. The trademark now allows him to use the phrase on sweatshirts, jackets, hats and other apparel.

Lynch also filed for a trademark on the phrase “about that action boss,” which he said to NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders at Media Day, but that petition was abandoned earlier this month.
