Las Vegas bookmakers have set odds on NHL expansion and they seem to think it's going to happen.
With all the talk of NHL expansion over the past few days, it was only a matter of time before bookmakers weighed in on the chances of it actually happening.
It turns out that they like the odds.
Without naming any specific sites, Bovada.com set the line on the likelihood of the league adding anywhere from one to four teams for its centennial season of 2017–18, or simply holding steady with the Original 30.
