Daily Data Viz: Men's court distance covered

How many meters does a player run during a tennis match? And more importantly, how efficient is he? Players like Novak Djokovic and Kei Nishikori play close to the baseline and take the ball early, taking time away from their opponents and maximizing their distance covered. On the other hand, players like Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer play further back, meaning they have extra time to hit the ball but run further in the process.
