Current Los Angeles Sparks assistant Curt Miller will be named the new head coach of the Connecticut Sun, reports Doug Feinberg of the Associated Press.

Miller, who spent one season with the Sparks, will be introduced by the Sun in a news conference on Thursday.

Before making the leap to the WNBA, Miller was at the helm of the Indiana Hoosiers’ women’s program for two seasons, and served as Bowling Green’s head coach for 11 years. He led the Falcons to four NCAA tournament appearances during his tenure at Bowling Green.

Miller will replace Anne Donovan, who stepped down from the position in October.

The Sun finished the 2015 season with a 15–19 record and missed the playoffs for the third straight year.
