Maxx Crosby Next Team Odds: Bears Favored to Trade for Raiders' Pass-Rusher

As reported by Albert Breer, the Las Vegas Raiders are looking to shop their star pass-rusher, Maxx Crosby, and the Chicago Bears are the top destination.

The Bears are the betting favorite to land Crosby at -135, an implied probability of 57.45% of landing the star pass-rusher. That's a better chance of him staying in Vegas, which is the second option on the odds list at +165.

Things turned south at the end of the 2025 season when it came to the relationship between Crosby and the Raiders. The Las Vegas decided to sit him out for the final two games of the season, despite Crosby being healthy enough and willing to play.

He's now entering the prime of his career, and the Raiders are starting over with a rebuild, which will likely result in them drafting Fernando Mendoza with the top overall pick in next week's NFL Draft. With that being the case, Crosby likely doesn't want to sit around for another few years, waiting for the Raiders to become competent.

The Bears are an obvious landing spot for Crosby. They made significant steps forward this past season, resulting in them winning a playoff game, and signing an elite pass-rusher like Crosby would go a long way, and they would join the top echelon of NFC teams.

The next teams on the odds list are the Cowboys, Bills, Buccaneers, Patriots, and Eagles, all teams that could certainly benefit from adding an elite talent to their defensive line.
