Ja’Marr Chase Heavy Favorite as 1st Wide Receiver Drafted in 2021

Betting odds for rookie wide receivers in first round of NFL draft

Despite sitting out in 2020 due to COVID-19, LSU’s Ja’Marr Chase is the odds on favorite to be the first wide receiver selected in the 2021 NFL Draft. Chase currently has odds of -625, nearly a 1,000 dollar difference compared to Alabama’s star wide receivers Jaylen Waddle and DeVonta Smith. Which team will end up drafting Chase and will he indeed be the first receiver taken off the board? Sports Illustrated’s Michael Fabiano and Frank Taddeo weigh in.
