'Play Every Game Like My Life Is On The Line' - Kerr Kriisa Ready For Final College Season With Cincinnati

CINCINNATI — Kerr Kriisa chatted with the Cincinnati media team this week as he gets ready for his final college season and first with the Bearcats basketball program.
The veteran has played at powerhouse schools like Arizona and Kentucky, bringing a 110% mentality to Cincinnati.
"I bring intensity. I play hard. I play every game like my life is on the line," Kriisa said in a new video.
Kriisa averaged 4.4 points and 3.8 assists in 17.3 minutes per game with the Wildcats after time at Arizona and West Virginia. He figures to be Cincinnati's main lead playmaker after suffering through a foot injury at Kentucky. Kriisa checks in at 6-3, 185 pounds.
The Estonia native averaged 11 points and 4.7 assists with WVU in 2023-24 on 42.4% shooting from outside. The sharpshooter has a 54.1% career true shooting rate, including 79.1% from the line.
"It's important because you set the foundation for the whole upcoming year," Kriisa said about this time in the summer. "You get close with your teammates. You're trying to set the bond for the whole season, set the tone for the whole season, just to really get to know the guys."
An important aspect for Kriisa, who is trying to get dialed in with every player ahead of his final run in the college game.
