Cincinnati Adds Big 12 Transfer Guard Sencire Harris to 2025-26 Roster

CINCINNATI — UC added its second transfer guard of the day in West Virginia stopper Sencire Harris.
The sophomore transferred in from Illinois last season and averaged 5.9 points and 4.3 rebounds in 2024-25 at 6-4, 174 pounds. Harris shot 39.7% from the floor as a heavy minutes player starting all 32 games. He is a dynamic defender who ranked fifth in the Big 12 with a 94.5 defensive rating.
Harris holds two more years of eligibility and should be a solid defender bringing the Big 12's fourth-best steal percentage and that defensive rating to the table from this past season. His offense needs some work after shooting 11.7% from deep and 75% from the free-throw line last season with 1.2 turnovers per game.
