Thoracic spine mobility is an area where many amateur golfers lack a proficient range of motion. With golf being a rotational sport, it's important to have an increased range of motion to allow for a full shoulder turn around the spine. By following these exercises, golfers will be able to:

2.) Create a more fluid swing
