National High School Football Live Score Updates: Power 25 Teams Take Center Stage

The first major Friday night of the 2026 high school football season has arrived, and many of the nation's best teams are in action from Florida to Utah and Nevada.
High School On SI is tracking live scores and updates from teams in the preseason Power 25 national rankings, with several marquee matchups highlighting Friday night's schedule. No. 1 IMG Academy travels to Utah to face Lone Peak, while No. 4 St. John Bosco and No. 7 Bishop Gorman collide in one of the night's biggest national showdowns.
Elsewhere, No. 10 Mater Dei faces American Fork in Utah, No. 8 Santa Margarita meets Florida power Jones and No. 14 Sierra Canyon opens against JSerra. Several other ranked teams have already made statements, including No. 21 Thompson, which defeated Central-Phenix City 41-14 Thursday behind four touchdown passes from Alabama commit Trent Seaborn.

Tennessee commit David Gabriel Georges turned in a dominant performance to lead the Red Raiders, rushing for 172 rushing yards and three fourth-quarter rushing touchdowns, as Baylor topp its nationally-ranked state rival, 38-20, on Thursday, Aug. 20.

Purdue commit Amos Bradford scored the Lions' first two touchdowns, and four-star quarterback Brady Quinn threw three touchdown passes as Chaminade-Madonna, rolled to a 49-21 win its season opener.
No. 20 Brownsburg (IN) 48, Lawrence North (IN) 25
Brownsburg has battled back from a 19-14 halftime deficit, with 28 third quarter points, and the Bulldogs pulled away for the 48-25 season opening win.
No. 21 Thompson (AL) 41, Central-Phenix City (AL) 14
Alabama commit Trent Seaborn threw four touchdown passes as the defending state champion Warriors broke open a close game and rolled to a 41-14 season-opening victory.
No. 22 Carol City (FL) at Mainland (FL)
Carol City scored shortly after a long weather delay and now leads Mainland 21-3. The game is now at halftime.
