Stagg's Arianna Araujo voted SBLive’s Illinois High School Athlete of the Week (2/26/2024)

Congratulations to Stagg bowler Arianna Araujo, who was voted SBLive's Illinois High School Athlete of the Week for February 12-18.

She received more than 43 percent of the total votes for the week.

Araujo, a senior, won the IHSA state title, averaging 219.5 over six games for a total pinfall of 2,634. She had three games over 230, including a 266.

St. Charles East wrestler Ben Davino finished second in the voting after receiving more than 23 percent of the votes.
