The No. 4-seed Academy of Holy Angels Stars (19-6-3) defeated the No. 5 Proctor/Hermantown Rails (20-7-1) 2-0 in the 2025 Minnesota high school girls hockey state tournament Class 1A quarterfinals at the Xcel Energy Center.

The Mirage had 10 more shots on goal in the game, but Holy Angels' two goals in the third period was the difference. Senior Marissa Jung scored both goals, and senior goalie Zoe Rimstad saved 34 shots to give the Stars the win.

Holy Angels will play No. 1 Dodge County on Friday at 1 p.m. at Xcel Energy Center in the Class 1A semifinals.

Proctor/Hermantown will move to the consolation bracket and play the River Lakes Stars on Thursday at 3 p.m. at TRIA Rink.

FIRST PERIOD

Academy of Holy Angels wins the opening faceoff and we're underway.

The Mirage finished with 14 shots on goal to seven shots on goal for the Stars. Rimstad is up to 23 saves for the Stars.

THIRD PERIOD

Proctor/Hermantown wins the opening face-off and we're underway.
