The No. 1 La Salle College Explorers (8-0) defeated the No. 10
Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic Friars (5-1) 35-13 on Friday
at Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic Friars High School.

La Salle jumped to a 21-0 lead in the fourth quarter after three touchdown passes from quarterback Gavin Sidwar. The Explorers added two more touchdowns to put the game in running clock.

Bonner scored two touchdowns in the second half. Jalil Hall had a 27-yard touchdown pass from Noel Campbell. The Friars scored their second touchdown on a quarterback sneak in the final seconds of the game.

La Salle College will play the Father Judge Crusaders (3-4) next week, and The Friars will play Cardinal O'Hara (4-3)
