Morales breaks ankle after walkoff HR, may need surgery

Surgery may be needed for Angels star Kendry Morales after broke his ankle in the celebration following his walkoff grand slam in the Angels' 5-1 victory.

Morales suffered the injury soon after touching home plate, and he was transported to the hospital after his heroic hit. Early word is that he may need an operation, which would put him out for approximately 10-12 weeks. It appeared he may have slipped on the plate while touching home.
