Rajai Davis will start for Tigers in Game 1 of ALDS
Rajai Davis will start in center field for the Detroit Tigers in Thursday night's American League Division Series Game 1 against the Baltimore Orioles, the team announced.
Davis was added to the playoff roster only 15 minutes before the 10 a.m. deadline, according to Chris Lott of MLive.com.
Davis sprained a ligament in his hip area Saturday and did not play Sunday.

Davis became the Tigers' starting centerfielder after Austin Jackson was traded as part of the deal which brought David Price to Detroit.
The lineups for Thursday's game is as follows:
Detroit is appearing in its fourth consecutive postseason, while the Orioles are in the playoffs for the second time in last three years.
