Giants send Heston down to Triple-A

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) The San Francisco Giants have optioned right-hander Chris Heston to Triple-A Sacramento.

Heston made his major league debut in September and had a 5.06 ERA in three games, one start.

Right-hander Cody Hall and outfielder Jarrett Parker also were optioned to Sacramento on Friday, and infielder Mitch Delfino was reassigned to minor league camp.
