The New York Mets announced on Saturday their pitching rotation for the World Series against the Kansas City Royals.

Matt Harvey, who opened the Mets’ four-game NLCS sweep of Chicago, will again start Game 1 for the Mets, on the road in Kansas City. Jacob deGrom will take the mound for Game 2, while Noah Syndergaard is slated for Game 3. Lefthander Steven Matz will start Game 4.

The Mets will use a straight four-man rotation, with Syndergaard starting in Game 7 if necessary, reports Anthony DiComo of MLB.com.

Harvey’s last playoff appearance was Oct. 17 against the Cubs. He was sharp, amid heavy discussion surrounding his innings limit, throwing 7 2/3 innings and allowing two runs off of four hits.
