It's awards week in baseball, as this year's top players—Bryce Harper, Mike Trout, Zack Greinke and more—all vie for the coveted end-of-season hardware. But which players will take home trophies?

On this week's edition of the Strike Zone podcast, SI.com contributing baseball writer Cliff Corcoran joins hosts Stephen Cannella and Ted Keith to discuss the races for the MVP, Cy Young and Rookie of the Year awards. As the author of SI.com's weekly Awards Watch column for the past six seasons, Corcoran has accurately predicted 35 of the 36 winners of those three awards, and he tells Cannella and Keith who he thinks should win it this year.

In addition to his predictions, Corcoran touches on whether team success should matter in awards races, which statistics are becoming most important in deciding the voting, and why even historic seasons may not be enough to take home the hardware.
