LOS ANGELES (AP) The Los Angeles Dodgers have retained pitching coach Rick Honeycutt on new manager Dave Roberts' coaching staff.

The Dodgers announced Roberts' first coaching staff Thursday.

Former Oakland manager Bob Geren is the Dodgers' new bench coach, and Turner Ward is their hitting coach.

Honeycutt will return for his 11th season under his fourth manager in Los Angeles. The Dodgers lead all big-league teams with a 3.65 ERA and 12,605 strikeouts since he took over in 2006.

Honeycutt and catching instructor Steve Yeager are the only holdovers from manager Don Mattingly's staff.
