The winter meetings may be over, but there are still several big-name free agents on the market who are keeping the rumor mill running.

• A deal is in place that will send Cincinnati Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips to the Washington Nationals, reports Fox Sports’ Ken Rosenthal. Phillips would have to waive his no-trade clause for the trade to go through.

• Free agent lefty Wei-Yin Chen is seeking a five-year deal worth $100 million or more, reports Roch Kubatko of MASN.

• After backing out on a deal with free-agent righty Hisashi Iwakuma when a physical revealed some red flags, the Los Angeles Dodgers are interested in Mike Leake and Scott Kazmir, reports Rosenthal.

• The Dodgers are also in trade talks with the Tampa Bay Rays regarding righty Jake Odorizzi, reports Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.
