Major League Baseball will not suspend Dodgers star Yasiel Puig for an alleged domestic violence incident, reports ESPN’s Pedro Gomez.

Puig was involved in an incident at a Miami bar last November in which he allegedly shoved his sister. Puig was also involved in a fight with a bouncer and sustained facial injuries, including a swollen left eye.

Neither the bouncer nor Puig pressed charges as a result of the incident. MLB has been investigating the altercation since November.

Puig, 25, is entering his fourth season with the Dodgers. In 2015, he hit .255 with 11 home runs and 38 RBI. He is a career .294 hitter with 46 home runs in three seasons.
