D-Backs OF David Peralta (wrist) placed on DL, Michael Bourn called up

Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder David Peralta has been placed on the 15-day disabled list due to wrist inflammation, the team announced Sunday. 

Outfielder Michael Bourn has been recalled from Double-A Mobile to fill the active roster spot vacated by Peralta and right-handed pitcher Cody Hall was designated for assignment.

Peralta has missed the last six games while dealing with the injury to his right wrist.

In 33 games this season, Peralta is hitting .260 with three home runs and 12 RBIs,

The Diamondbacks (17–22) are currently finishing a four-game series with the San Francisco Giants.
