Marlins pitcher Wei-Yin Chen lost his no-hitter after six innings against the Pirates.

The veteran lefthander had allowed just two walks, striking out five, before Jung Ho Kang led off the seventh inning with a double.

Chen entered the night with a 4.37 ERA and 3–2 record in 10 starts. The Marlins led 3–0 entering the bottom of the sixth inning. Miami entered the night at 28–25.
