ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) The Texas Rangers have come to terms with their top three draft picks, including first-rounder Cole Ragans out of Florida.

Along with left-handed pitcher Ragans, the Rangers introduced second-round pick Alex Speas and third-round pick Kole Enright during a news conference Tuesday at their home stadium. All were drafted out of high school. Ragans and Speas were rated among the top 12 high school pitching prospects by Baseball America.

Ragans was the 30th overall pick and got a $2,003,400 signing bonus. He was 9-2 with a 0.90 ERA and 104 strikeouts in 90 innings as a senior at North Florida Christian School in Tallahassee.

Speas, a right-hander from McEachern High in Powder Springs, Georgia, got a $1,024,900 signing bonus.

Enright, a third baseman from Winter Gardens, Florida, hit .417 with 13 doubles, four home runs and 21 RBIs as a senior for West Orange High School.

With the deals, the Rangers have come to terms with 26 of their 40 picks from last week's draft. That includes 12 of their first 14 selections.
