The Pirates have traded left-handed pitcher Francisco Liriano to the Blue Jays, according to multiple reports. Robert Murray of Fan Rag Sports was first to report the deal.

In return, Pittsburgh will reportedly acquire pitcher Drew Hutchison. The Jays will also receive two prospects, including outfielder Harold Ramirez.

After three straight seasons in Pittsburgh with an ERA of 3.38 or better, Liriano has a 5.46 ERA in 21 starts this year. Liriano, 32, is owed $13.7 million next season.

Hutchison spent 2014 and 2015 in the Toronto rotation but has made just three MLB appearances this season. He has a 3.26 ERA in 18 starts at Triple A this year.

The Pirates also acquired starter Ivan Nova from the Yankees at the deadline and reliever Antonio Bastardo from the Mets. The Jays also traded for Astros pitcher Scott Feldman and Dodgers pitcher Mike Bolsinger.
