Tim Tebow visits the NYPD, donates jersey in honor of fallen officer

New York Mets prospect and former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow visited the New York City Police Department's 105 Precinct on Tuesday.
Tebow donated a jersey in honor of officer Brian Moore, who died on May 4, 2015 just two days after he was shot in the face while on duty.

The Mets signed Tebow after he worked out for 28 of the 30 MLB teams during a showcase on Aug. 30.

Tebow finished his stint in the Arizona Fall League as he hit .194/.296/.242 in 70 plate appearances. He also managed to record an .296 OBP with two RBIs.
