Watch: McCormick Smacks Much Needed Two-Run Blast Against Twins

In this story:
The Houston Astros are trying to avoid the sweep at the hands of the Minnesota Twins on Easter Sunday. Center fielder Chas McCormick did his part to ensure the Astros the best chance of success in the top of the third.
McCormick launched a two-run home run that that scored Mauricio Dubon to give Houston a 2-0 lead over the Twins.
The home run travelled 354 feet, came off the bat of 96.6-mpg and had a launch angle of 36 degrees.
It wasn't a massive shot in terms of distance, but it was high and had just enough on it to clear the right field wall.
The Astros have had a bizarre start to their 2023 MLB campaign, a season in which they are trying to repeat as World Series champions.
Perhaps McCormick's home run shot on Sunday, his second of the year, will act as the spark for this Astros team.
