Watch: Dusty Baker's Son Darren Hits Game-Tying Grand Slam Against Astros

In this story:
It's not often a son gets to compete against a team his father manages in Major League action, even if it is only MLB Spring Training. But that's what happened on Friday when the Houston Astros played the Washington Nationals as Astros manager Dusty Baker got a good look at his son Darren in the opposing dugout.
It's moments like these that make someone come to love the game of baseball. There is always something memorable that happens in situations like these, always. It's never boring.
That was the case on Friday when the Washington Nationals were down by four in the top of the ninth. With the bases loaded, Baker swatted a grand slam to tie the game at 7-7. It was an extraordinary storyline for Darren as he put his team in a position to defeat his father.
Washington then went on to score four more runs and eventually win the game 11-7.
Sure, Houston lost, but it's spring training and sometimes it's nice to sit back and just enjoy the incredible storylines that only the sport of baseball can provide.
