WATCH: Travis d'Arnaud LAUNCHES a ball to extend Atlanta's lead

Mariners starter George Kirby had allowed only one home run to a right-handed hitter over his last twenty-four starts.

Nobody told Travis d'Arnaud that was a thing.

The Braves catcher took a first-pitch fastball deep to left field to extend the Braves lead in the bottom of the 6th inning.

The homerun, which was hit 419 ft at 107.6 mph off the bar, was the first homer for Travis d'Arnaud since returning from the injured list. d'Arnaud spent almost a month out, recovering from a concussion suffered at the hands (and leg, and body) of Padres infielder Rougned Odor in early April.
