The Chicago Cubs will play host to the National League West's Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday at Sloan Park. Chicago is coming off of a 4-2 win on Wednesday against the Oakland Athletic's and will look to continue their mashing ways.

Highlights from Wednesday include three home runs, one apiece from Cody Bellinger, Edwin Rios and Christopher Morel. It was a hit fest with each player trying to prove themselves ahead of the season.

In Bellinger's case he is here to prove that this is his season in which he is making his comeback. For the two latter, they are fighting for a spot on the 26-man roster come Opening Day.

First pitch on Thursday is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. CT and Hayden Wesneski is slated to make the start as he continues his case to make the rotation.

The game will be televised in the local Chicago market on the Marquee Sports Network. It will also be streamed live on MLB.tv for those who reside outside the market.
