The Chicago Cubs will look to even up the series at one game apiece on Friday afternoon when they host the Los Angeles Dodgers at Wrigley Field. 

The Cubs lost a heartbreaker on Thursday as they carried a tie game into the ninth inning before the Dodgers put up four runs in the final inning. Michael Fulmer gave up all four runs while registering just two outs. 

It was a tough scene from the new singing who was brought in to try and stabilize the bullpen situation. 

As such, the Cubs made a roster move and reinforced the bullpen by adding Jeremiah Estrada and optioning Javier Assad ahead of Friday's game.

First pitch is scheduled for 1:20 p.m. CT. 

Drew Smyly will take the mound and will face Dodgers ace Julio Urias. 

Friday's game will be televised in the local Chicago market on the Marquee Sports Network. It will also be streamed live on MLB.tv for those who reside outside the market.
