Diamondbacks Minor League Report 4/8/2023

The Diamondbacks minor league affiliates combined for a 3-1 record
Triple-A: Reno Aces 19 @ Tacoma Rainiers 4; 3-5
Brandon Pfaadt allowed just one run on a solo home run in 4.2 innings with five strikeouts and two walks, but struggled with efficiency as he needed 88 pitches. His fastball was 89-95 MPH and had a better feel for his slider in this start.
Dominic Fletcher (No. 14) hit a two-run home run to right field. He also walked and was twice hit by a pitch, finishing with three runs scored on the night.

Emmanuel Rivera was 3-for-6 with a double and a run scored.
Dominic Canzone (No. 16) tripled, walked, and scored three times in five at-bats.
Blaze Alexander (No. 17) tripled and launched a three-run homer in the seventh.
Diego Castillo doubled and singled to push his hitting streak to eight games with Reno.
Buddy Kennedy had three more hits, including a three-run homer that broke open the game in the fifth inning.
Double-A: Amarillo Sod Poodles 5 @ Frisco RoughRiders 3; 2-1
Jamison Hill pitched four scoreless innings with just three hits and three walks allowed and struck out five.
Ryan Bliss (No. 26) had three hits, including this mammoth home run in the third. He's 7-for-14 to start the season.

Jordan Lawlar (No. 3) was 1-for-3 with a single and two walks. He also picked up his first two stolen bases of the year.
Tim Tawa (No. 27) hit a solo home run and struck out in his other three at-bats.
Deyvison De Los Santos (No. 12) was hitless in three at-bats, but also drew a walk.
A.J. Vukovich (No. 13) went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
High-A: Hillsboro Hops 6 @ Tri-City Dust Devils 2
Wilderd Patino (No. 19) was 1-for-5, but stole two bases as part of a three-run ninth inning.
Shane Muntz had two hits, including a three-run homer in the ninth that iced the game.
Low-A: Visalia Rawhide 1, Lake Elsinore Storm 8; 0-3
Druw Jones (No. 4) was 0-for-4 and struck out three times.
Andrew Pintar (No. 30) struck out twice as part of an 0-for-4 day.
